Risk is a live bass music ensemble filling the gap between the traditional band, the electronic live act and the dj set. It blends all the possibilites of electronic music into one non-stop high-energy performance.

Risk tunes start out on a laptop as purely elecronic, mostly dubstep tunes. These tracks then get all risked up, changing up the drum, basslines and adding vocals. At that point it gets somewhat complicated to classify. Gen brings R'n'B, soul and pop influence, Plecko, reggae rythms, Sourultrafast part death metal part funk and wally... well he doesn't want you to know but he used to be a psytrance dj. Hard to describe how it sounds like but somehow, it all becomes coherent when coming at you in the form of heavy bass music

Living~Stone is an alchemist of frequencies. Elements of Dubstep, hip hop, glitch hop, mid-tempo and much more make up a Living~Stone's sonic salad of bass music.

In Montreal, Living~Stone is one of two
residents of the monthly FreeDemBass Dubstep nights
at Blizzarts Lounge. He has played along side prominent
international electronic music artists as Bassnectar, Goth Trad,
Eskmo, Sub Swara, Ill Gates, Noisia, Appleblim, Reso Max Ulis,
Taal Mala, Komodo & the list goes on.

Living~Stone played multiple sets at Eastern Canada’s
prestigious Evolve Festival’s 10th year anniversary, as well as
Montreal’s #1 outdoor party playground Piknik Electronique
on two separate occasions. He has performed all across Canada with
nothing short of the best Canadian talent to thousands of satisfied patrons.

In 2010 Living~Stone released the Flying Stones Ep on Monkey Dub Recordings.
Twenty eleven already holds a release on Daily City Records. With more music on the way Living~Stone is shaping up for another epic year in the bass culture.
