Making Moves – Moving from SUB.FM to DUBSTEP.FM – Starting tomorrow

Hey guys, 2011 is gonna be a big year. Lots of international mixes coming in for JLD, Montreal is blowing up with bass, and I’m making the switch from SUB.FM to DUBSTEP.FM starting tomorrow. I’d like to thank everyone who tunes in for the past 1 1/2 years with SUB.FM. It was a blast and we had tons of great guest, but it doesn’t stop there.

Starting tomorrow, Friday Jan21 2011, we’re jumping onto DUBSTEP.FM, same usual time slot for this week. Friday, 9-11pm EST, 6-8pm PST, 2-4am UK. Afterwards we’re looking at finding a special spot for us in the line up, either Tuesday nights or Thursday night…. but just maybe we’ll stick to Fridays. If you guys have any suggestions or thoughts about our scheduling, now is the time to speak up!! Please send us a message on Facebook, or add a comment to this post.

This move to DUBSTEP.FM opens up more space for different radio shows, so be on the look out for a new possible monthly spot on another UK based online radio station, a place to rinse odd beats and dubs that only make sense in deep space.

In other news, I’d love to announce that the great guys at Dub Cartel Records, providers of my nastiest dubs, have taken under their roof as a label DJ, so no doubt we’ll be grinding some mad dubs for you all to listen to in 2011 !

Couldnt quite get around to posting a mix last week, it was a very busy week.

So this week we have mix no33 by Dr.Stepper, a mix of deeper smoother dubstep. You can catch Dr.Stepper on SUB.FM every friday night right before Vilify and my show (7-9pm EST/4-6pm PST/12-2am UK). Next week, we have a mix by Forward Music’s own head of merkage WALLY, followed by a highly anticipated mix by Vancity’s TAAL MALA.

What’s up gang!

Well, tonight is my last fill-in spot for the 514 Session with HGLDT, (not to worry, Vilify and I have our spot secured on Friday nights 9-11pm EST).

Tonight, I will have our good bud LAZERFACE come in to tag with me, since Vilify is gone to Toronto to play Dubslingers tomorrow (wed) at Thymeless.

We’ll be looking at bringing in guest on a more regular basis, somewhat like BrokenScience Radio. Lazerface is definitely the person to start with.
